2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating accounts or submitting reports
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access immediately

3. School Administrator Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staff training on cyberbullying policies and procedures
• Respond to reported incidents in accordance with local, state, and federal laws
• Maintain appropriate supervision and oversight of student safety measures
• Comply with FERPA, COPPA, and other applicable education privacy regulations

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SnapSafe Schools to:

• Submit false, misleading, or malicious reports
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Violate any local, state, or federal laws
• Attempt unauthorized access to system resources or data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting user privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. All data is encrypted using industry-standard security measures, and we comply with applicable privacy laws including FERPA and COPPA.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, SnapSafe Schools does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

SnapSafe Schools provides tools and resources to assist with cyberbullying compliance but does not replace professional judgment, legal counsel, or institutional policies. Educational institutions remain fully responsible for their response to incidents and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Cancellation requests may be made at any time, and refunds are subject to our refund policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
